The next exercise all you do is put your self into the position to do a push up a few inches off the ground and hold yourself there for as long as you can. After a while you will start to feel the tension in your abs.

I’m about to tell you about one of the easiest exercises you can do to build your ab muscles. You don’t even have to leave your chair. Sit up straight in your chair and lift your legs straight up off the ground until you can feel the tension in your abs. This one is very easy but it does work!
